![]() At this point I am so upset, livid really-with COVID they should be taking every and extra precautions to ensure cleanliness instead there was blood on a freshly made bed and we were belittled and treated like it was a hassle to ask that our bed be remade. She said the blood was fresh and wet to which I replied that it most certainly was not she exchanged the pillow only and said she was going to have to report to her manager that the blood was fresh. ![]() We explained that it had, and that was our main concern that even though it appeared clean it most certainly was not. We asked her about the bed being remade and she became very short and asked if the bed was made when we arrived in the room. When housekeeping arrived she offered to change out the pillow. I contacted guest services who apologized and said they would send house keeping. Not a blood stain, but dried blood that clearly had not been laundered. We enjoyed an evening at the casino (we did not win, but that’s part of gambling) we retired to our room for the evening and showered and went to climb in bed and one of the pillows on our nice “clean” room with a made bed had blood on it. ![]() ![]() We used to love coming to Downstream, however we recently had a very negative experience that cannot go unnoticed. ![]()
